Dr. Jordan Andrews
Hi, I’m Dr. Jordan Andrews, a leadership educator, researcher, and speaker passionate about helping people connect better, lead smarter, and thrive together.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with college students, organizations, and companies across the country to explore one big question: What makes people feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead?
I specialize in translating complex research into real-world tools - especially in the areas of leadership development, friendship and belonging, Gen Z culture, and ethical decision-making. Whether I’m keynoting a national conference, advising student leaders, or writing about the science of connection, my work centers on creating inclusive, high-trust spaces where people feel like they matter.
I'm preparing to release my newest book The Science of Friendship: How We Make, Keep, and Lose Our Closest Connections a smart, heartfelt guide to how we form, maintain, and lose our closest connections. Blending psychology, real-life stories, and practical tools, I explore what makes friendships work, and what to do when they don’t.
When I’m not speaking or writing, you can find me traveling the world with my aviation-enthusiast boyfriend, obsessing over finding the best new recipe, or at home in Las Vegas hanging out with my cat, Buddy.
If you’re looking for fresh, research-based insight with heart and humor, you’re in the right place.
